Ron Dilbert, the son of a World War II Veteran, is well on his way to his achieving his personal goal of touching the lives of at least 100,000 military service members, their spouses and their Children by December 1, 2012 through individual and group coaching, as well as workshops and retreats. Ron Dilbert knows first-hand how very hard it is to raise a happy, well-adjusted child as a single parent. He knows because he has successfully done it for the past 21 years. Since his son, John, turned one, Ron has guided them through many of life’s challenges – including the emotional trauma of John’s absentee mother, John’s surgery at age 2 (and the helplessness all parents feel), and the everyday struggles faced by single parents around the world. Like steel through the flames, Ron is living proof that we all can make it through and come out better people, better parents, and foster a loving and deeply connected bond with our children. The relationship this father and son share is the direct result of hitting home runs with the curve balls life throws at us. Ron’s burning desire to help other Single Parent Families succeed in today’s fast-paced, media-driven world and enjoy the same loving bond he has with his son, has led him to create Operation Renewal - A training company dedicated to bringing together Military Families by providing them with the tools and resources needed to raise the next generation of happy, healthy adults and to keep the family together through each deployment. Offering workshops such as “Stress Management for the ‘Geographically Single’ Parent Family”, “Riding the Whitewater Rapids of Deployment”, “to name a few. Ron’s experience-based coaching guides individuals and families through the laughter and the tears. Calling on his 22 years of experience as a single parent, Ron Dilbert now shares his experiences, expertise, and proven techniques for success. Using these to guide and empower Mothers and Fathers into becoming Positive Force Parents - enabling them to form deeper bonds with their children who in turn grow into successful adults. Ron Dilbert is a Certified Elite Trainer and a certified “Train the Trainer” trainer and coach with an extensive background in accelerated learning techniques and has shared the stage with some of the top accelerated learning trainers and professionals in the world including T. Harv Eker, David Wood, Rob Riopel, and Blair Singer. He is the Founder, President and Driving Force behind Operation Renewal. Audiences are engaged, energized, and transformed by Ron’s high-energy delivery and compassionate style. Using ‘breakthrough’ techniques and high involvement, ‘accelerated learning’ technologies participants learn faster, remember more, and see maximum results.
